Bulls Travel to Northern Illinois to face the Huskies

BUFFALO, N.Y. – The University at Buffalo men's basketball team (13-16, 7-9 MAC) will face the Northern Illinois Huskies (12-17, 8-8 MAC) on Tuesday evening at the Convocation Center. The game will tip-off at 8 p.m. ET on ESPN+ with Andy Garcia on play-by-play and Mark Lindo as the analyst. Josh Whetzel will be on the radio call. The Bulls are coming off a 101-71 loss at Toledo on Saturday afternoon. LaQuill Hardnett and Zid Powell led the Bulls with 20 points each. Isaiah Adams finished with 15 points, rounding out the Bulls finishing in double figures. Armoni Foster had a team-high five assists as the Bulls finished with 13. This was the fifth game on the season that three Bulls scored 15 or more. The Bulls finished with five blocks, as Jonnivius Smith and Isaac Jack had two each. Zaakir Williamson had one block.
Curtis Jones is currently 10th in the country in assist-to-turnover ratio at 3.00. In the last six games he's had 24 assists and four turnovers.
The matchup between the Buffalo Bulls and NIU Huskies will be the 41st all-time meeting. Buffalo leads the series, 24-16. The Bulls are 8-9 on the road at the Convocation Center.
