Fernando Sanchez Earns MAC Men’s Freshman Co-Track Performer of the Year Award

CLEVELAND, Ohio – The Mid-American Conference announced the final 2022 MAC Indoor Track & Field Championship awards Wednesday morning. Freshman runner Fernando Sanchez earned Men's Freshman Co-Track Performers along with Eastern Michigan's Tajay Roberts.
Sanchez ran in the 4x400-meter relay where the Bulls finished in fourth place in 3:18.80. He also helped the Bulls to a bronze medal finish in the distance medley relay. The team crossed the line in 9:55.16.
