High School: Four-year varsity starter for head coach Andrew Solomon at Penfield High School...helped her team to a 20-3 record as a senior where she finished with 613 digs on the season, including 38 in one match...finished as NYSPHSAA Class AA State Runner-Ups and Monroe County Division I Champions... she set both single-season and career digging records at Penfield...was named first-team All-Greater Rochester in 2014....player her club volleyball for Paradigm Volleyball Club.
Personal: Born March 10, 1997...daughter of Carl and Melody Beecher...has one brother (Zach) and two sisters (Chelsea, Ashley)...Chelsea played volleyball at Nazareth College...lists her favorite athlete as Kevin Durant and her favorite musician Skizzy Mars...also recruited by Syracuse, Binghamton and Feirleigh Dickinson, but chose UB because of the experience she would get both on and off the court, as well as the business school.
