2013-14: Competed in a plethora of events as a freshman...had indoor-best performances of 26.37 in the 200-meter dash, 9.38 in the 60 hurdles, 5.46 meters in the long jump and 11.42 meters in the triple jump...outdoors, had top showings of 12.41 in the 100 dash, 26.09 in the 200, 15.12 in the 100 hurdles, 5.57 meters to win the long jump at the Cornell Outdoor Invitational and 11.30 meters in the triple jump to win the event at the New York Upstate Challenge.
High School: Was a two-year track and field team captain at Pine Ridge Secondary School...was the OFSAA triple jump champion as a junior...Canadian Junior National triple jump silver medalist...set career-best marks in the triple jump (12.06m), long jump (5.55m) and 100m hurdles (14.56).
Personal: Born May 21, 1994...daughter of Horace Forbes and Earlene Sutton...has four siblings, Joel, Troy, Thamara and Tonya...her favorite food is pizza...lists her favorite movie as Glory Road and her favorite TV show as Degrassi...enjoys hip hop and R&B music and her favorite musician is Justin Timberlake...majoring in french at UB.
