2017: Appeared in a career-high 38 games while starting in a career-high 18 contests as a junior... finished the season with a pair of hits and a career-high six runs scored... earned four walks on the season... collected her first career hit in the Bulls 13-0 win over Mount Saint Mary''s (3/22) as she went 1-for-3 with a run scored and two walks... notched her first career hit in a MAC game against Toledo (4/1) as she went 1-for-2 at the dish... finished the season with 10 assists in the field.
2016: Saw action in 17 games, mostly as a pinch runner...had three at bats on the year, being hit by a pitch and scoring at Ball State (4/8)...also had at bats against Akron (4/13), Bowling Green (4/15), and Miami (OH) (5/7).
2015: Had one at-bat during her freshman season vs. Harvard (3/18).
High School: Earned three letters and captained one season for Kathleen Donaldson at Bel Air High School…served as the team’s starting catcher since her sophomore season, throwing out 17 base runners as a senior…earned first-team All-County and first-team All-Conference Honors…plays her club softball for the Hartford Diamonds.
Personal: Full name is Taylor Nicole Scott…born July 6, 1997…daughter of Garland and Cristin Scott…has two brothers (Jonathan & Joshua)…her father played football at Navy and her grandfather played basketball at Temple…favorite movie is Step Brothers and her favorite show is Fresh Prince of Bel Air…chose UB because of the medical school and the new experiences…would like to break the school record for runners thrown out in a season.
