COLLEGE HIGHLIGHTS:
2017-2018: Competed full XC season for the Bulls, placing 38th at the MAC XC Championships. Ran personal bests during the indoor season of 1:53.24/800m, and 4:15.83/Mile. Outdoor season ran PR of 3:54.85/1500m, placed 7th at the MAC Championships 1500m.
2018-2019: Placed 36th for the Bulls at the MAC XC Championships. Indoor T&F season placed 2nd at the YSU Icebreaker 3000m. Redshirt Outdoor.
2019-2020: Placed 25th at the MAC XC Championships helping the Bulls to a 3rd place team finish. Won the Akron Indoor Invite Mile, ran the 800m leg of the Gold Medal DMR MAC Championship Team, placed 13th in the Mile at the MAC Championships.
BEFORE COMING TO UB:
High School Bests: 800m/1:54.46, 1000m/2:27.20, 1600m/4:16.75
High School Highlights: Multiple time NYS finalist, placed 2nd in the NYS Indoor Championships 1000m, Competed at New Balance Nationals both Indoor and Outdoors.
Son of Ron and Margaret Nowak. Two brothers --- Mike and Steven. Inspired by The Three G's. When he's not running, he likes to eat… favorite food … chicken. Why Christopher chose UB: Chose UB because of the team chemistry.
