2022-23: Was 15-12 in singles action including a 7-6 record at third singles…also spent time at fourth singles…was 10-10 in doubles action, primarily at third doubles where she went 6-4 with partner Basak Akbas…earned MAC Doubles Team of the Week with partner Lolina Schietekat Sedas… named College Sports Communicators Academic All-District.
2021-22: Was 19-11 in singles action including going 15-8 at third singles…also spent time at fourth singles…was 14-7 in doubles action, primarily at third doubles where she went 8-5 with partner Nikoleta Antoniou-Karademitrou.
2020-21: Was 7-11 in singles action, mostly playing in the second singles position where she went 5-11…also played one match each at first and third singles…went 2-7 in doubles action.
2019-20: Was 15-5 in singles action including going 7-3 at third singles…also spent time at second and fourth singles…was 16-5 in doubles action, including a perfect 7-0 with Ambre Amat where they were honored as the MAC Doubles Team of the Week.
Prior To UB: Has represented her country of Armenia in the FedCup…defeated players ranked as high as 100 in the ITF.
Personal: Born August 21, 1999…daughter of Armen Akopian and Elena Dzhagariants…has one sister, Yanina…chose UB because of the inspiring people here and the environment.
