Men’s Cross Country Earns Regional Ranking for 12th Consecutive Season

NEW ORLEANS – The United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association released its preseason rankings on Monday afternoon, putting the University at Buffalo men's program at 13th in the Northeast Region. The honor marks the 12th consecutive season in which the Buffalo men are ranked regionally.

The Bulls are one of five Mid-American Conference men's programs to be ranked headed into the 2025 season, slotting in just one spot ahead of newcomer to the conference Massachusetts (14^th). Miami of Ohio (11^th), Toledo (13^th) and Eastern Michigan (14^th) are all ranked in the Great Lakes Region.

The Bulls begin the cross country season this Friday, August 29th, at St. John Fisher University, competing in the Rodenbeck Invite at 6 p.m. Both the men's and women's programs will compete.
