
CSCAA Selects Swim & Dive For Scholar All-America List for 14th Consecutive Fall Semester

RICHMOND, Va. – The College Swimming & Diving Coaches Association of America announced its 2024 Fall Scholar All-America Teams, recognizing the University at Buffalo swimming and diving team as one of 180 Division I women's programs to earn the honor.
2024 marks the 14th consecutive fall semester the program has been recognized by the CSCAA. The Bulls' team combined to have the 16th-best grade point average (3.75) of the 180 programs selected.
To earn the recognition, teams were required to achieve a grade point average (GPA) above 3.0 during the fall semester of 2024. Of the selected teams, an impressive 654 recorded a GPA of 3.30 or higher, qualifying them for the Intercollegiate Coach Association Coalition All-Sport Academic Standings.
The CSCAA recognizes programs of all divisions and conferences of college athletics, selecting 781 teams from 459 institutions for the Scholar All-America Team for the Fall 2024 semester. These teams, comprising 19,209 student-athletes, were recognized for their outstanding academic achievements.
Founded in 1922, the CSCAA is the nation's first organization of college coaches. The mission of the CSCAA is to advance the sport of swimming and diving with coaches at the epicenter of leadership, advocacy, and professional development.
