Bulls Host Bowling Green on Saturday Afternoon

BUFFALO, N.Y. – The University at Buffalo men's basketball team is set to host the Bowling Green Falcons on Saturday afternoon. The game will tip-off at 2 p.m. on ESPN+ with Paul Peck and UB Wall of Famer Turner Battle on the call. Josh Whetzel and Bob Gaughan can be heard on Buffalo 1520/Rochester 1280 or on the Varsity Network App.

The Bulls took down the Northern Illinois Huskies on Tuesday evening, 73-67. lost to the Georgia State Panthers on Saturday afternoon, 80-75. Buffalo nearly led wire-to-wire as they held the lead for 37:31. Tyson Dunn scored a game-high 22 points with 8 rebounds and 4 assists. Noah Batchelor scored 16 points to go with his game-high 9 rebounds. Ryan Sabol and Tim Oboh scored 11 points each to round out Buffalo's double-digit scorers. Tuesday marked Tyson Dunn's fourth 20-point MAC game this season, good for the third most in the conference.

This will be the 50th all-time meeting between the Bulls and Falcons. Buffalo leads the all-time series, 25-24. In conference play, the series is tied at 24 wins apiece. Buffalo Head Coach George Halcovage III is 0-2 against Bowling Green as Head Coach Todd Simon is 2-0 against the Bulls.
