2025-26: Buffalo's longest tenured player started in all 32 games...Sabol averaged 36.2 mpg including four games with at least 40 minutes of action...The team leader in points became the third Bull in program history to surpass the 600-point mark in a single season, finishing with 603 points and 18.8 ppg...He became the 27th Bull in program history to reach the 1,000-point mark as he is up to 1,299 career points, good for 15th in school history...The junior guard finished the season with 17 20-point games including a pair of 30-point performances...He scored a career-high 32 points against Southern Miss (11/3) in the season opening win...Sabol also set the program single season three-pointers made record with 122, breaking Zach Filzen's 2010-11 record of 110...His 122 made threes was the fourth most made threes in Division I basketball prior to the NCAA Tournament...He recorded 22 games with at least three three-pointers including 15 games with 5+...The MAC leader in threes finished with 73 in conference play...In MAC play, he averaged 19.7 ppg, the third-best mark in the MAC...Sabol added 107 assists on the season as he was just the second Bull to record a 600-point, 100-assist season...Earned MAC Player of the Week honors on Dec. 29 after scoring 31 points against Penn State-Behrend where he went 12-for-14 from the field including going 7-for-8 from three-point range...He went on to earn All-MAC Third Team honors, his first All-MAC honor in his career...From his hard work in the classroom, he earned CSC Academic All-District honors, as well as Academic All-MAC honors.
2024-25: The sophomore guard played in all 31 games with 30 starts...Sabol averaged 33.3 mpg with a team leading 14.4 ppg...He grabbed 2.9 rpg with a career-high 8 boards at Toledo (2/4)...He averaged 2.0 assists per game...Scored 20+ points 6 times including a career-high 28 points against Fredonia (11/8)...He also scored 20+ points against Vermont (11/19), North Carolina A&T (11/25), Miami (OH) (1/4), Eastern Michigan (1/25) and Central Michigan (1/28)...Buried 7 three-pointers against Fredonia (11/8) tying his career high and 10th in program history for made threes in a single game...At Georgia (12/19), Sabol became the fastest Bull in program history to make 100 three-pointers in a career in just 42 games...After his sophomore season, Sabol made 141 career three-pointers which is eighth in program history...His 79 made threes are the 10th most made in a single season in program history.
