"Toledo is a very solid team, so we knew this was going to be a battle tonight," stated Head Coach Scott Smith. "We started off a little tight in the first two sets making a lot of our own errors. I thought we were killing the ball well despite not being in system a lot of the time. Again, we had key players step up from the bench and get things back on track and some of our starters were able to bounce back and execute when we needed them most. Very proud of the resiliency and grit we showed tonight."
The Bulls are back in action tomorrow against the Rockets at 4 p.m. to finish their weekend festivities.
