Volleyball Concludes Homestand Tuesday Against Akron

BUFFALO, NY – The University at Buffalo volleyball team wraps up its three-match homestand on Tuesday evening when the Bulls host Akron at 6pm. It will air live on ESPN+.
The Bulls picked up their second win of the season this past weekend when UB split its series with Northern Illinois. Buffalo will play Akron twice over the next week, once at home, and again next Tuesday at Akron.
The Zips are 4-12 on the season after dropping a pair of matches this past weekend to Western Michigan. Akron is led by its libero Taylor Sharrits, who was named MAC East Defensive Player of the Week on Monday.
Following Tuesday's match, the Bulls will hit the road for the next three beginning this weekend with two contests at Toledo before concluding it at Akron.
