Bio
Spring 2021: Played in all 78 sets as the team’s primary setter, finishing with 679 assists on the year…twice went over the 50-assist mark. Including 56 assists in just four sets at Akron (3/23)…added 51 assists against Eastern Michigan (2/25)…had 40 or more assists six other times…finished second on the team in digs with 158, including a career high 14 against Eastern Michigan (2/26).
Prior To UB: Played two seasons at Colby Community College, where she was named to the All-League First Team in each of her two seasons there...played in all 31 matches and totaled 1,052 assists during her sophomore season... ranked third in the West with 9.23 assists per set and was the conference setter of the week three times...amassed 2,058 assists in her CCC career, the third-most in program history.
High School: Earned three letter for head coach Jamie Dibbens at Newton Senior High School...was named first-team all-conference twice...also a member of the basketball, softball, and track team at Newton.
Personal: Born August 29, 1999...daughter of Steve and Crystal Bacon....her father Steve played college baseball at Arkansas Little Rock...has two sisters (Sydney & Josie)...enjoys reading, painting, and traveling...favorite food is strawberries and favorite movie is Kill Bill...chose UB because of the team culture and work ethic.
