2025-26: Went 16-1 in her rookie season from the fourth, fifth and sixth positions… Recorded a 6-2 doubles record.
Before College: A native of Kemerovo, Russia, Zagumennova comes to Buffalo with stellar results at both the national and international level. Ranked as high as #11 in Russia in her age group, she has won three J30 ITF tournaments and made one J30 finals appearance. Additionally, she won the Siberian Federal District championship, the All-Russian Tournament in Khanty-Mansiysk and the Ural Federal District championship while also reaching the quarterfinals of the Russian Championship. Zagumennova is currently ranked #46 in the Russian Tennis Federation.
