2012: Started in all 45 games for the Bulls recording three runs batted in during her first game against St. Louis (2/10)...finished the year with four two-hit games and three home runs...drove in 17 runs and hit six doubles...defensively, recorded just one error all season in the outfield.
Previous School: Attended Glendale Community College for one season, batting .248 with 18 RBI...then went to Muskegon Community College and played for head coach Matt Houseman for one season...led the team to a conference title...first-team NJCAA Division II All Region...batted .408 with an on-base percentage of .474 and knocked in 41 runs in 55 games.
High School: Batted .407 with 10 runs batted in and four doubles in her senior season, leading Deer Valley High School to a 28-7-1 record...named First Team All-Region...earned four letters and was a captain for one season...also played basketball.
Personal: Born February 11, 1991...daughter of Anthony Dekker and Patricia Roe...has two brothers, Mike and Joe...nickname is Dekk...will major in psychology with a career goal of specializing in correcting adolescent drug addiction...enjoys watching baseball and college football...favorite food is authentic Mexican...chose Buffalo because of the seasons and the amount of support available for the student athletes...brother Joe played football for the University of Arizona...volunteered at the Phoenix Indian Health Hospital...dream vacation destination is Japan.
