2019-20: Went 5-2 in singles play, having a strong fall season where he went 4-1…also played two matches at sixth singles…went 2-3 in doubles.
2018-19: Played in nine matches in singles and went 4-7 in doubles action, playing mostly in the fall season.
Prior To UB: Earned three letters and captained one season for head coach Brian Kozial at Sweet Home High School…went undefeated during his senior season as he helped the Panthers to a 22-1 record…set high school records for career wins, singles season victories, and most trips to states.
Personal: Born August 29, 2000…son of Michael and Adria Murphy…has one brother, Jacob, and one sister, Jess…also enjoys playing basketball and fishing…favorite TV show is The Office…chose UB because of its proximity to home and the great tennis and sports programs.
