Redshirt-Freshman (2015): Played in nine games as a reserve tight end and on special teams… did not register a catch on the season… used primarily in blocking formations... named Academic-All MAC.
Freshman (2014): Redshirted in his first season at Buffalo.
High School: Came from a career as a dual-threat quarterback for coach Jeff Giesting at Anderson High School in Cincinnati. He was a two-time All-Conference selection as a quarterback, throwing for 2,400 yards and 21 touchdowns in his career while rushing for 1,500 yards and 14 more scores. Rogers was captain of both his high school football and basketball teams.
