Hopkins returns the University at Buffalo cross country and track & field program as a volunteer assistant coach. Hopkins, who holds the third fastest 10,000m time in UB program history (35:43.58) and ninth fastest outdoor 5,000m time (17:13.97), she was an All-MAC performer in the Women’s 10,000m.
Hopkins graduated from UB with a double major of B.S. in Biotechnology and B.A. in Psychology, and is currently completing her Masters in Biotechnology.
A Native of Yorktown Heights, NY, Hopkins attended Lakeland/Panas High School where she was a several time New York State Qualifier in XC and T&F.
