Q: How will I “Manage My Tickets” this season?
A: Your Phone Is Your Ticket! All tickets will be processed electronically this season. We recommend that you access, view and transfer your game tickets using your smartphone. (Android or IPhone). As the season gets closer we will provide you with more information and instruction.
Currently the only option on account manager is to view and pay your invoice. Eventually, closer to the season we will turn on the Transfer feature of account manager and you will be able to share your tickets electronically with friends and family. If you have attended other sporting events or concerts in the past, you are probably already familiar with electronic ticketing.
If you have no other choice but to have your tickets printed, it will still be an option. However, a FEE for the service will be charged to your account. Click on the link below to request other options.

Q: What if I have internet connection problems on game day?
A: Your tickets can be added to the “Wallet” on your smartphone. We suggest that you move your tickets to the wallet before you arrive at the stadium on game day. This will allow you to use your tickets without an internet connection.
Q: I would like to change/upgrade my seats for the 2021 season. When and how will I be able to do that?
A: Due to the circumstances surrounding COVID-19, we have cancelled our larger scale seat selection process. Season ticket holders who would like to make changes to their seats should contact Bob Feidt at 716-238-5919 or by email at rmfeidt@buffalo.edu. Customers will receive further email communication on this process.

A: First-time season ticket holders will be contacted by the ticket office to make seat selections.
Q: With football returning this fall, will fans be allowed to attend games?
A: We remain hopeful that our fans will be back in the stands this season, however, UB Athletics will be required to follow State, local and University guidelines and protocols for social distancing for all campus events, including Football. We will communicate any and all developments as the season gets closer.
At this time, only season tickets are on sale. We will continue to update the public regarding single game tickets and packages.
Q: How can a buy tickets for AWAY football games?
A: Guidelines and protocols are different at every school and in each state. Q: How will my seat location be impacted if social distancing is required for all fans attending UB Football games at UB Stadium?
A: UB Athletics will be required to follow State, local and University guidelines and protocols for social distancing for all campus events, including Football. If your seats are impacted as a result of these policies, we will notify you immediately of changes to your seat location. To be sure, these changes would be a temporary accommodation in response to State, local and University guidelines and not a permanent change to your season ticket location. Your patience and understanding is very much appreciated.
Q: What happens if COVID-19 causes the football season to be delayed, cancelled or otherwise impacted?
A: While we remain hopeful that the 2021 season will be able to play out as scheduled, there will be different options in our refund policy for your season tickets based on how the season is affected:
- Option 1: A credit can be issued to your account for the 2022 season.
