2022: Appeared in 45 games and earned 43 starts as a sophomore… Recorded eight hits, four RBI and three runs scored… Had an RBI single in a big win over Penn State (2/19)… Notched a multi-hit game with an RBI in a win at Bowling Green (4/10).
2021: Appeared in 44 games and earned 12 starts in her freshman campaign… Recorded five hits and four runs scored… Recorded her first career multi-hit game against Saint Francis (2/21)… Smacked a double in a win at North Florida (3/6)… Posted a .978 fielding percentage in right field.
Before Buffalo: Sobaszek comes to Buffalo from Rochester, NY where she starred at Rush Henrietta High School, recording a .433 batting average to go along with 21 RBI, six home runs, 21 walks and a .883 slugging percentage. Sobaszek was named First Team All-Conference three times and was a two-time All Greater Rochester selection. She excelled of the field as well as she was named an NFCA All-American Scholar Athlete.
