Senior (2019-20): Completed the 50 free in 22.87 at the MAC Championships for sixth place…Finished the 100 freestyle in 49.74 for fifth place at the MAC Championships…Took home silver in the 200 medley relay (1:38.82), 200 freestyle relay (1:29.89) and 400 freestyle relay (3:17.42) at the MAC Championships…Earned Second Team All-MAC honors.
Junior (2018-19): Completed the 200 yard freestyle in 1:49.53 at the MAC Championships…Helped her teammates to a fourth place finish in the 400 yard medley relay in 3:40.86…Completed the 100 yard freestyle in 50.01 at the MAC Championships…Helped her teammates to a third place finish in the 200 yard medley relay in 1:44.98 against Akron…Helped her teammates to a first place finish in the 200 yard freestyle relay in 1:36.83 against Duquesne.
Sophomore (2017-18): Collected a pair of victories in the 100 & 150 freestyle events in 1:23.11 and 52.49 seconds respectively against Niagara... Set season-best time in the 100 Freestyle event at the MAC Championships with a time of 50.46.
Freshman (2016-17): Placed first against Niagara in 200 Free Relay and 100 Free with times of 1:37.15 and 53.70, respectively... First in 200 Free with a time of 1:55.62 against Bonaventure... Silver medal in 400 Free Relay at MAC Championships with a time of 3:18.53, a new school record.
High School: Five-year letterwinner and one-year captain as a Lion for Rush Henrietta… Member of All-Count First Team… Member of All-Greater Rochester Team.
Personal: Daughter of John and Kim Burns… Has one sister (Megan)… Goal at UB is to break her sister’s records… Enjoys fostering dogs and watching Donnie Darko.
