2023-24: Saw limited action in her final season in the blue and white, going 2-0 in singles action and 6-2 in doubles play.
2022-23: Was 5-0 in singles action, primarily at the fifth and sixth positions… went 9-10 in doubles action, including an 8-5 record at third doubles with partner Mariana Carvajal Torres… also teamed with Gabriella Akopyan at second doubles where the duo earned MAC Doubles Team of the Week honors.
2021-22: Earned Second Team All-MAC honors… Was 5-0 in singles action, primarily at the fifth and sixth positions…went 16-5 in doubles action, including a 7-5 record in second doubles and a perfect 6-0 at third doubles, both with partner Ambre Amat with whom she earned MAC Doubles Team of the Week.
2020-21: Saw limited singles action going 3-1 overall at fifth and sixth singles…went 3-9 in doubles action playing with multiple partners throughout the season.
2019-20: Went 2-1 in singles competition playing her three matches during the fall season…added a perfect 2-0 record in doubles.
Prior To UB: Has been ranked as high as 828th in the world by the ITF…ranked as the second best player in Mexico, winning a national championship in 2018…also reached national finals in 2015 and 2017.
Personal: Born March 3, 2000…daughter of Eric Schietekat Ballesteros and Maria Dolores Sedas Bravo…has one brother, Eric, and one sister, Paola…chose UB because of the coaching staff and the members of the tennis team as well as the great academics.
