Bio
2019-20: Went 9-9 on the season before the year was halted due to COVID-19…went 2-2 at fourth singles…went 12-6 in doubles play.
2018-19: Finished the year 15-11 in singles play, spending most of the year at fifth singles where he went 7-5…also spent time playing fourth and sixth singles…excelled in doubles going 21-9, including 14-5 with partner Valdemar Holm…picked up eight victories at third doubles with Holm.
2017-18: Joined the Bulls prior to the spring semester and went 7-6 in his first season with the Blue & White…spent most of his time at sixth singles, going 4-4…picked up four victories in doubles play, including three with Ethan Nittolo.
Prior To UB: Held an ITF ranking as high as 232 in Cape Town, South Africa…has been ranked the number one juniors player in South Africa…was a South African Junior National winner at U14 and has played ITF events all over the world, including Dubai, Qatar, India, Australia, Hong Kong, and more.
Personal: Born December 31, 1999…son of Damian and Lindsey Johnson…has one sister, Lauren…also enjoys golf, soccer, rugby, and cricket…chose UB because of the academics and great tennis program.
