THE BULL-ETIN BOARD
• Over the last six games, sophomore center Tim Oboh has tallied 13 blocks. His 2.17 blocks per game in that span is second in the MAC to Bowling Green's Troy Glover II (2.29).
• Sitting with 92 made three-pointers this season, Ryan Sabol became the fifth different Bull to make 90+ threes in a single season. Following his performance against NIU, he joined Mike Martinho (1995-96, 94), Zach Filzen (2010-11, 110 & 2011-12, 97), Jeremy Harris (2017-18, 92) and CJ Massinburg (2018-19, 93) as the only Bulls to reach this milestone.
• Ryan Sabol is tied for fifth in program history with 231 three-point attempts this season.
• Ryan Sabol is the first Bull to record back-to-back 400-point seasons since Jeenathan Williams did so from 2020-22.
• Tim Oboh's sophomore campaign has shown a major improvement in MAC play from his freshman season.
• Angelo Brizzi is two steals away from recording Buffalo's first 50-steal season since 2022-23 when Zid Powell finished with 53.
• For the first time since the 2018-19 season, the Bulls have three players with 80+ assists each. Ryan Sabol leads the way with 87 with Daniel Freitag (86) and Derrick Talton Jr. (84) right behind.
• Dating back to 2004-05 on available records, this is the first time the Bulls have had six 30-point performances in a single season as Daniel Freitag has done so four times as Ryan Sabol has done it twice this season. The 2012-13 squad finished with five such performances. Over the last three previous seasons, Buffalo only had four 30-point performances.
• UB has made 250 three-pointers so far this season. 36.8% of their points have come from three-point range, the top mark in the MAC ahead of Akron's 36.5%.
• UB has recorded 31 20-point performances this season. Last year they finished with just 16 such games.
• The Bulls hit their 250th three-pointer of the season against Northern Illinois on Tuesday. This is just the sixth time in program history they've made 250 threes in a season. The last time they did so came in the 2021-22 season when they made 255.
