
Men’s & Women’s Cross Country Earn USTFCCCA All-Academic Honors

NEW ORLEANS – The United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association announced its All-Academic teams for the 2025 cross country season, with both the University at Buffalo men's and women's programs earning the honor. The Bulls have made the USTFCCCA's annual list for 10 consecutive seasons, dating back to 2016.
To qualify for All-Academic distinction, teams must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale, including the most recent grading period.
The Buffalo women posted a team grade point average of 3.527, the program's highest average since the spring of 2020 (3.650). The Buffalo men had a team grade point average of 3.110. A full list of the Division I programs that earned the All-Academic honor can be accessed here.
The Bulls also led the Mid-American Conference with 16 student-athletes earning Academic All-MAC honors, announced in January. A full release can be found here.
