Henderson Named to Senior Bowl Top 300

BUFFALO, NY – University at Buffalo running back Al-Jay Henderson has been named to the first-ever Senior Bowl Top 300 list. The Senior Bowl scouting department, comprised entirely of former NFL scouts, evaluated over 2,000 prospects from all levels of college football. From that extensive and competitive process, the Senior Bowl Top 300 was composed.
Henderson is coming off a breakout season for the Bulls. The senior running back led UB with 1,078 rushing yards and scored nine touchdowns in 2024. He became the 11th different player in program history to rush for 1,000 yards in a season. Henderson ranked second in the MAC in rushing (82.9). He added 19 receptions for 243 yards and a touchdown en route to earning All-MAC Third Team honors.
Henderson is one of 19 selections from Group of Five schools.
The Senior Bowl will be played on Saturday, January 31, 2026 at Hancock Whitney Stadium in Mobile, Alabama. The game will be broadcast on NFL Network.
Buffalo kicks off the season at Minnesota on August 28.
