Bulls Host Western Michigan on Tuesday Evening

BUFFALO, N.Y. – The University at Buffalo men's basketball team is set to host the Western Michigan Broncos on Tuesday evening. The game will tip-off at 7 p.m. on ESPN+ with Paul Peck and UB Wall of Famer Turner Battle on the call. Josh Whetzel and Bob Gaughan can be heard on Buffalo 1520/Rochester 1280 or on the Varsity Network App.

LAST TIME OUT
The Bulls are coming off a 63-59 loss to the Bowling Green Falcons on Saturday afternoon. For the fourth time this season, Anquan Boldin Jr. led the Bulls in points with 12. In limited minutes due to foul trouble, Tyson Dunn had a game-high 3 three-pointers. Off the bench, Bryson Wilson led Buffalo in rebounds (12), steals (3) and blocks (1).

ABOUT THE SERIES
This will be the 37^th all-time meeting between the Bulls and Broncos. Buffalo leads the all-time series, 21-15. In conference play, the Bulls hold a 20-14 lead. Buffalo Head Coach George Halcovage III is 1-2 against Western Michigan as Head Coach Dwayne Stephens is 2-2 against the Bulls.

The Bulls are 226-240 (.486) all-time in MAC games. In home MAC games, the Bulls are 135-98 (.584).

On Saturday, Jan. 18^th the Bulls took down the Broncos on the road, 85-76. Buffalo scored a season-high 53 points in the first half.

• Despite having only six games left in the regular season, the Bulls will play games across four states: New York (3), Indiana (1), Michigan (1) and Ohio (1).

• When facing Division I opponents this season, Buffalo is 6-1 when they have less than 15 fouls against.

• This season, Ryan Sabol has made at least 3 three-pointers in 14 of the 25 games. In his career, he has made 133 three-pointers. He's moving up the program's all-time three-pointers made list as he's tied with Jeenathan Williams (2018-22) for ninth all-time.

• After just 56 games played, Ryan Sabol is 73^rd in Buffalo's all-time scorers list with 633 points. He has scored a team-high 382 points on the season. He's one of the best scorers in the conference as his 15.3 points per game is 10^th in the MAC.

• Tyson Dunn is up to 141 assists on the season. He is nearing the all-time assist leaders list in Buffalo history as he needs 12 assists to tie Shannon Evans (2014-15) and Jarod Oldham (2013-14) for most assists in a single season. He's 29^th in the country and first in the MAC in total assists. His 5.6 assists per game is 33^rd in all of college basketball and the best mark in the MAC.

• The Bulls are 6-0 on the season when they score at least 80 points.
