Bulls Fall 4-3 at Yale on Saturday

NEW HAVEN, Conn. – The University at Buffalo men's tennis team battled hard but came up just short in a match at top 30 ranked Yale on Saturday afternoon.
The Bulls started strong, taking the doubles point as Yu-Shiang Huang and Michael Malkin cruised to a 6-1 win at second doubles and Clement Mainguy and Theodoros Mitsakos earned a 6-4 victory at the third position.
Senior Cheng Tang overcame a dropped first set to win 3-6, 7-6, 10-3 at second singles and Mainguy also battled back in his match to earn a hard-fought 3-6, 6-7, 10-8 victory at third singles.
Buffalo concludes weekend play on Sunday as they take on Penn State at 12:30pm.
