Bulls to Host Gardner-Webb and Kent State on Saturday

BUFFALO, NY – The University at Buffalo wrestling team will host a pair of duals on Saturday when they welcome Gardner-Webb and Kent State to Alumni Arena. The Bulls will take on the Bulldogs at noon and the Golden Flashes at 4 pm.
The Bulls are 1-3 on the season and are coming off a 21-14 win at Bloomsburg last Friday to improve to 1-0 in Mid-American Conference duals.
Gardner-Webb is 3-4 on the year and is coming off a 23-11 loss to Michigan State last Friday. This is the third straight season Buffalo and Gardner-Webb will match up. They split the last two meetings, with the Bulldogs earning a 27-11 victory last season.
Buffalo will look to improve to 2-0 in MAC duals when it hosts Kent State at 4 pm. The Golden Flashes are 2-3 overall and 0-1 in conference duals. They are coming off a 30-14 loss to Edinboro on Thursday night.
The Golden Flashes lead the all-time series, 26-14. The Bulls won the last meeting, 20-18, at Kent State last season.
