Bulls Fall at Miami in Spring Season Opener

CORAL GABLES, Fla. – The University at Buffalo men's tennis team fell 4-1 at Miami in their spring season opener on Monday.
The Hurricanes took the doubles point with wins at first and second doubles. Cheng Tang and Faiz Nasyam impressed in a 6-0 win at third singles.
The Bulls started singles action with a point as the hosts retired due to injury at the sixth position but they then took matches at first, second and third singles to secure the victory. Emiliano Jorquera, playing in his first match as a Bull, was up a set in his match at the fifth position before play was stopped.
Buffalo returns to action on Friday, January 31st as they take on Duquesne at Miller Tennis Center at 12:30pm.
