
Comlek and Koralnik Earn All-MAC Honors

BUFFALO, NY – Senior Azra Deniz Comlek and freshman Laura Koralnik were named to the All-MAC Second Team, the conference office announced on Thursday afternoon.
Comlek earns the award for the first time in her UB career. She finished her final season in the blue and white with a 16-14 overall record in singles and a 17-8 mark in doubles action, with 14 of those wins coming with Koralnik, primarily at the second position. Comlek moved into a tie for third all-time in program history with 81 singles wins while also ranking in the top 10 with 67 doubles victories.
Koralnik made the most of her first season in Buffalo, posting a 17-11 overall singles record and 5-5 mark in league action, both marks good for second-best on the team. Additionally, she posted a team-best 18-4 doubles record, including a 14-4 record with Comlek, primarily at the second position.
