Bulls Fall to Troy in Spring Season Opener on Sunday

FT. MYERS, FL – The University at Buffalo men's tennis team fell 6-1 to Troy in the spring season opener in Fort Myers on Sunday afternoon.
UB won at second doubles as the team of Finn Macnamara and Michael Malkin cruised to a 6-1 win. The Trojans earned a pair of hard-fought 7-6 victories at one and three to take the early point.
In singles action, sophomore Theodoros Mitsakos picked up the lone victory for UB with a 6-4, 6-1 win at third singles.
The Bulls continue their Florida swing at Miami on Friday, January 19 at 5pm.
