Bulls Hit The Road For MAC Action

BUFFALO, NY – The University at Buffalo men's tennis team will begin a five-match MAC road trip this weekend with matches at Toledo on Friday and Ball State on Sunday.
UB is 1-2 in league play following a heart-breaking 4-3 loss against Northern Illinois last Sunday where an undermanned Buffalo squad gave the Huskies all they could handle beginning with a victory in doubles. The Bulls began league play with a shutout win over Binghamton.
Toledo is 9-6 on the year and 2-1 in league play following a 7-0 victory over Ball State last Saturday. The Rockets defeated NIU 6-1 earlier this year and lost at Western Michigan, 5-2.
The Bulls will then head on to Muncie where they will face the Cardinals on Sunday. Ball State enters its Friday match against Binghamton with a 6-7 record and 1-2 mark in league play. Ball State was swept by Toledo, 7-0, and lost earlier this month at Western Michigan, 6-1. Ball State's lone MAC win came 5-2 against the Huskies.
