
Bulls Travel To Central Michigan Saturday

BUFFALO, NY - Following another extended break, the Bulls will travel to Mt. Pleasant on Saturday afternoon to face Central Michigan at 4:30 pm. It will actually be the backend of a doubleheader with the UB women's team.
This marks the fifth time this season that Buffalo has had at least a six-day break in between games. Conversely, Central Michigan will have played three games during the time period that Buffalo has been off. In fact, CMU will be playing six home games in a nine game period, while Buffalo has played just seven home games all year.
The Bulls are looking to snap a two-game losing streak following a home defeat against Ohio on Jan. 28. Senior Jeenathan Williams continues to lead the squad in scoring as his 13 points last week gave him 1,242 for his career, surpassing Rodney Pierce (2007-10) for 16th on the all-time scoring list.
This will begin a stretch of nine games in the month of February for the Bulls and the second month of the year has been kind to UB. Since 2016-17, Buffalo is 28-9 in the month of February, winning at least six games in the month in four out of the five seasons. Since joining the MAC this will be just the sixth time Buffalo plays on Feb. 5, and the first since 2013-14.
