Cross Country Earns USTFCCCA Academic Honors

NEW ORLEANS β The U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) announced the Fall 2021 Academic Team Honors on Thursday evening. Both the UB men's and women's teams were acknowledged based on their success in the classroom. The men's team had a GPA of 3.556 as the women's squad earned a GPA of 3.340.

Overall, there were 168 different women's programs who were named All-Academic Teams for their efforts during the 2021 season. On the men's side, there were 150 programs honored.

In order to qualify for All-Academic distinction, teams must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale, including the most recent grading period.
