
Men Ranked 12th, Women Ranked 14th in Regional Preseason Poll

BUFFALO, NY – The U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association, USTFCCCA, released their Regional rankings for each of the nine regions in NCAA Division I.
The men were ranked 12th for the second year in a row, while the women were ranked 14th. Preseason polls are based on the results from the previous season combined with the new student-athletes and the returning athletes.
The Mid-American Conference also announced their preseason polls:
The women, who placed 5th in 2015, were ranked 7th. The ranking for men is placing them two spots higher than their 6th place finish last year.
The men's and women's cross country season kicks off this Saturday, September 3rd at the Colgate Harry Lang Invitational in Hamilton, NY.
