
Bulls Drop 4-3 Decision at Binghamton

BINGHAMTON, NY – The University at Buffalo men's tennis team saw its three-match winning streak come to an end on Sunday afternoon in a hard fought 4-3 loss at Binghamton (13-9) in a non-conference matchup.
The Bulls (9-7) scored three singles victories with all three matches going three sets. Vusa Hove knocked off Sid Hazarika in the number one match, 6-4, 4-6, 6-4 while Damien David scored a three-set win over Alexander Maislin, 4-6, 6-4, 7-5. Akhil Mehta won a third-set super-tiebreaker over Eliott Hureau, 10-4, after the pair split the opening sets.
UB concludes the regular season next weekend with Mid-American Conference matches at home against Ball State and Northern Illinois.
