Felicia Milsop serves as Director of Nutrition and Assistant Director of Operations for the UB football program.
Prior to starting at Buffalo in 2024, Milsop spent over three years as an athletic performance sous chef at South Carolina. She began her career as a culinary nutrition intern at Alabama.
Milsop holds a bachelors degree in dietetics and clinical nutrition services from Johnson & Wales University.
