2013-14: Continued to set career highs in her final season, with new career-best averages of 7.1 points, two steals and 4.8 assists per game... set a new career high with 134 assists this season, giving her 357 for a career (sixth most all time)... started in all 28 games that she was active... led the team in assists in 25 of the 28 games... scored in double figures seven times... she finished third in the MAC in assists, sixth in assist to turnover ratio, and fifth in steals... passed 500 career points, 200 career rebounds, and 300 career assists... recorded her first career double-double after scoring 13 points with 10 assists in a win at Niagara (12/21)... had a career day against Miami, hitting 6-7 threes in the first half en route to a career-high 20 points (1/30)... she became the second player to ever hit six threes in a single half... handed out a career-high 11 assists in a road win over Ball State (1/26).
2012-13: Played in all 32 games, starting in 28 of them...has been a versatile guard playing both the point and the off-guard positions during the season...has recorded both career highs in scoring and assists this season...finished with career highs of 20 points and seven steals against Binghamton (12/8)...had a career-high nine assists in a victory over Eastern Michigan (2/16)...had eight assists against Duquesne (11/28) and Pittsburgh (12/29)...reached double figures in scoring six times this year including 10 points against Bowling Green (2/28) and 11 in the next game against Kent State (3/3)...saved her best for last, averaging 13.5 points in a pair of MAC tournament games in Cleveland... hit 6-7 free throws and scored 13 points in an upset win over Miami (OH) (3/13)... had one of her best all-around games in the MAC quarterfinal round, with 14 points, seven assists, six rebounds and a block against Akron (3/14)... amongst the MAC leaders in assists and assist/turnover ratio.
2011-12: Showed an exciting court vision that allowed her to average a team-best 2.8 assists per game despite averaging just 18.8 minutes per game... also averaged 4.8 points and 1.5 rebounds... had five or more assists in seven games, and four games with double digit points... led the team to a win over Oakland with 12 points, five assists and three rebounds (12/22)... had eight points and seven assists in a blowout win over NJIT (12/29)... had nine points and a career high eight assists against Akron (1/11)... scored a career-high 14 points with four three pointers and four steals against Western Michigan (2/2).
2010-11: Saw action in 18 games this season for the Bulls, recording a career-high six points against Temple (11/19) on two made three pointers...had four points against Michigan (11/26)...also hit three pointers against Howard (11/12), William & Mary (11/27), Canisius (12/1), Rider (12/30) and Wright St. (3/16)... had two points and two rebounds against Bowling Green (3/2).
High School: First UB recruit from the state of California…averaged 13.8 points, 5.8 assists and 5.1 rebounds in her senior season at Bellarmine-Jefferson…guided her team to an 84-14 record during her career, including three Santa Cruz League Championships…part of the 2009 Division 5 California State Championship squad…led Bellarmine-Jefferson to the semifinals in 2010…named the Santa Cruz League Player of the Year…was a three-time All-Santa Cruz League First-Team Selection…twice named to the All-State First-Team…earned All-Daily News and All-Area Burbank by the Glendale News Press First-Team Honors in her final two seasons…received Los Angeles Daily News All-Area First Team accolades as a senior…served as a team captain for the past three seasons.
Personal: Born June 15, 1992...daughter of King and Rose Gupilan...has a brother, Adam, and a sister, Amanda...enjoys football and soccer and lists her favorite athlete as Carmelo Anthony...chose UB because it was the chance to get a good education...lists her greatest athletic experience as winning the state championship in high school in 2009...the three people from history that she would like to meet would be John F. Kennedy, Elvis and Marilyn Monroe.
