High School: Two-time state champion in cross country...high school record holder for six events...earned Most Valuable Player honors all four years of high school..two-time CSC Champion...named to the Mohawk Valley All-Star team for all for years of high school.
Personal: Daughter of Alan Welker and Meghan Calido...has three siblings, Gianna, Austin and Owen...chose UB because it was the complete opposite of what she was used to...inspired by the kid in sixth grade who called her slow during the pacer test, look at her now... favorite athlete is Allyson Felix...favorite TV show is Big Eyes...favorite food is rice and beans...when she’s not training and studying she enjoys crochet...has a twin sister.
