2013-14: Placed seventh in the 200 butterfly at the MAC Championships with a time of 1:50.50. He recorded a season-best time of 1:49.72 in the preliminaries. Swam the 100 butterfly at the MAC Championships and finished 11th with a time of 49.80.
High School: A four-year letterwinner and one-year team captain for head coach Karol Smith at Huntsville High School. Set the school record for the 100 butterfly, 200 freestyle, 100 backstroke, 500 freestyle, 200 IM, 200 free relay, 200 IM relay, 400 free relay and 100 breaststroke. Won the district and regional champion. Won two third place medals at the State Championships. Also swam for the Aggie Swim Club.
Personal: Son of Marianito and Rose Anna. Chose UB because of its high academic standard. Favorite food is cheeseburgers. Favorite things about Buffalo are the food, people and ice cream. Majoring in biology.
