Matt Meyer is in his seventh season working for the University at Buffalo’s softball program and third as the team’s Director of Softball Operations. Previously, he served as the Director of Managerial Staff throughout his entire undergraduate career. Most recently, Meyer added the title of Director of Volleyball Operations as well.
In his position, Meyer will assist in all facets of the program, including day to day operations, team travel, supervising managerial staff, budget oversight, future scheduling, video coordinator, and serving as the liaison between the softball program and both the equipment room and media relations.
Meyer graduated from the University at Buffalo in 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration concentrating in both marketing and human resources management. Currently, he is enrolled in UB’s Graduate School of Education, studying Higher Education Administration.
A native of Long Island, NY, Meyer also works in the athletic department as the Assistant Event Manager and assisting with the equipment staff.
