2021-22 (Senior - Indiana University of Pennsylvania): Foster, a 6-4 guard from Meadville, Pa., helped lead the Hawks to a 33-3 record last season, making it all the way to the Division II national semifinals...A finalist for national player of the year, he played and started in all 36 games last year, averaging 17.8 points per game and 6.5 assists per contest...Foster shot .404 from the floor and was over a 75% shooter from the free throw line...He averaged 15.1 points per game in his career at IUP...Foster finished with 1,522 points in his 101 career games at IUP.
