High School: Led Bethel High School to a regular season conference championship in his senior season... was named to the All-Division and All-Area teams... played for the South Florida Bandits and Team Connecticut for three seasons... represents New England at the Northeast Top Prospect Games... won a Sandlot World Series with Team Connecticut in 2008.
Personal: Born November 12, 1990... son of John and Jane and has one sister, Katie... majoring in Psychology with the goal of becoming a sports psychologist... volunteered for the American Cancer Society, Relay for Life, the Jimmy Fund and the Scotty Fund... also enjoys playing basketball and football... favorite athlete is Derek Jeter... also recruited by Butler, but chose UB because of the big campus and family atmosphere... toughest opponent he ever faced is current Atlanta Braves outfielder Jason Heyward... his dream as a college athlete is to win a MAC championship.
