
Women’s Tennis Finishes Tenth in ITA New England Region Rankings

BUFFALO, NY – The Intercollegiate Tennis Association released its final Division I Regional rankings, and the University at Buffalo women's tennis team finished 10th in the New England region.
Buffalo joins Toledo (Midwest), Northern Illinois (Midwest) and Massachusetts (New England) as teams from the Mid-American Conference to be recognized.
The Bulls finished with a 19-7 overall record and have now won 19+ matches in three of the last four seasons. Graduate student Esmee Andresen and sophomore Maria Glowacka earned All-MAC honors. Off the court, the Bulls had another successful academic year as they earned the department's top GPA for two consecutive semesters and saw multiple student-athletes earn Academic All-MAC and Academic All-District honors.
