Track and Field Ink New NLI

BUFFALO, N.Y. – The University at Buffalo track and field head coach Vicki Mitchell announced the signing of Luise Hansen to a National Letter of Intent on Thursday morning. Hansen will join the Bulls for the 2020-21 campaign after finishing her high school career.
Hansen is an outstanding athlete as she competes in the pentathlon and heptathlon events. From Kiel, Germany, approximately 60 miles north of Hamburg, Germany, her passion for track and field and academics runs deep. She has represented Germany in international competition and is excited to join the Bulls. She will continue her education as she plans on majoring in sports management.
"Luise is a great addition to the team, I like her energy and passion in our sport as well as the excitement she has shown in choosing the University at Buffalo," states assistant coach Nick Collins. "She is a versatile talent who is continuing to develop and should have a bright future at UB."
