
Track and Field Announces Their 2019-20 Indoor and Outdoor Schedules

BUFFALO, NY – The University at Buffalo track and field program have announced their complete schedule for the 2019-20 seasons.
For the 2019-20 indoor track and field season, the Bulls will hit the road as they will compete at the Youngstown Ice Breaker on Saturday, Dec. 6. After a month off due to winter recess, they will go back on the road as they travel to Ann Arbor, Mich. for the University of Michigan Invite on Saturday, Jan. 11. The following week, they will go back to Youngstown, Ohio for the Youngstown State Invite. Ithaca College will host the Upstate Challenge on Saturday, Jan. 25. Like cross country, the team will travel back to State College, Penn. for the Penn State National Invite on Saturday, Feb. 1. The following weekend the team will compete at a two-day invite in Geneva, Ohio, the Spire D-I Invite from Friday, Feb. 7 to Feb. 8. The team will travel to MAC rival Kent State for the Kent State National invite on Friday, Feb. 14 to Saturday, Feb. 15. The University of Akron will host their Zips Invite on Friday, Feb. 21 and then will host the MAC Championships the following weekend, Feb. 28-29. This year's NCAA Indoor Championships will be held in Albuquerque, N.M. at the Albuquerque Convention Center from Friday, March 13 to Saturday, March 14.
In the 2020 outdoor season, the team will travel to Myrtle Beach, S.C. for the Shamrock Invite for their spring training from Saturday, March 14 to Sunday, March 22. Two weeks later in April, they will compete in two events, the Colonial Relays in Williamsburg, Va. (4/3-4) hosted by William & Mary, and the Florida Relays in Gainesville, Fla. (4/3-4). On April 10 and 11, the team will travel to nearby Bucknell University for their annual Bucknell Bison Classic. The Bulls will head to central Ohio for the Jesse Owens Invite in Columbus, Ohio on April 24 and 25. The Mid-American Conference Championships will be hosted by Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Mich. from Thursday, May 14 to Saturday the 16. This season's NCAA First Round will be in Lexington, Kent. from May 28–30. The NCAA Outdoor Championships will be held in Austin, Texas. From June 10-13, hosted by the University of Texas.
