
UB Softball Elite Camp Set For This Weekend

BUFFALO, NY – Two-time Olympic gold medalist Crystl Bustos will headline the University at Buffalo, The State University of New York Elite Softball Camp, which is set for this upcoming weekend, December 20-21. Bustos, one the greatest hitters in USA softball history, holds the world record for home runs hit in the Olympics. Bustos was named the 2008 USA Softball Player of the Year.
"It is awesome to have my former Team USA teammate come to Buffalo," said head UB softball coach Trena Peel. "She brings tremendous knowledge of the game and she is hands down the greatest offensive player to play the game. I know the campers will enjoy her enthusiasm as well as learn a lot during the weekend."
The cost of of the two-day camp is $200 and it will be open to those ages 8-19. You can register for the camp here.
