In the final race of the day, UB finished first and second in the women's 400 freestyle relay, clinching the meet for the Bulls.
"I thought our women did a great job of competing," head coach Andy Bashor said. "Coming off a big win against Akron last week and being able to match that intensity is tough for a young team. For all the efforts that they did to put themselves in a position to win makes me proud.
"For the men, I thought yesterday we were a little off. I thought we came back today and had a lot more fight and a lot more energy and I was really excited about that and seeing how they bounced back from yesterday."
The Bulls will next compete against McMaster next Saturday at the Alumni Arena Natatorium.
